Many clients demand digital files these days. You already have flexible downloads in your Sprout Studio galleries and can specify who can download images and exactly how they can download them. Now, with Download Sets and Digital Fulfillment, you have even more options!

How to create a Download Set

You can create a Download Set in 1 of 2 ways:

  1. Through the ordering of Digital Files in a Gallery.

  2. They can be created manually in the backend of a Gallery.

If you have any Automatic Fulfillment turned on in your Price List, a Download Set will be created in the backend when a client orders images.

Here's how you create a new download set in a gallery for your clients.

  1. In your gallery, select the images you'd like to add to your download set.

  2. Right-click on the images and click "Add to Download Set," or drag the images into the download set in the "Folders" section on the sidebar.

  3. Select a download set in the dropdown menu if you have a set created, or click the "+ New Download Set" button at the bottom of the menu and create a new set. You'll also set the Download Preset you want to deliver these images.

  4. Click the "Copy" button in the bottom right corner of the window to copy the files.

  5. Click the "Folders" section on the right sidebar to find your new Download Set and click on it.

  6. Click the options next to the download set and click the "Set Live" button to make the set live and to email it to your client.
