Most Sprout Assistant sections can be turned off, but you'll notice that the Clients Details section doesn't work like this. There is a perfect reason for that!
Most Sprout Assistant emails are all triggered by something happening. For example, when a client pays an invoice, it will trigger a receipt email. A questionnaire follow-up email goes out if your client never finished their questionnaire.
The Client Details section is different because the emails aren't triggered automatically. The only way the Client Details emails will go out is if you trigger the email yourself. Because of this, there isn't a need to turn off these assistant emails!
