Where do I use a Booking Page instead of a Booking Proposal?

A Booking Page is a guided, step-by-step process of booking you. You customize the details and send your client a link, where they’ll have a unique URL to visit. On the Booking Page, they can choose a package, provide their personal details, sign a contract, and make a payment.

The idea behind a Booking Page is that it's a public page that can be embedded into your website. It was meant to be a hands-off page that allows clients to book themselves without needing any intervention from you. This page works best for booking multiple sessions at a time, like mini-sessions, or headshots for example.

You can also organize your Booking Pages to share with your clients through the Booking Catalog, this will allow you to show all of your offerings in one place rather than having to send out multiple links.

This differs from a Booking Proposal as a Booking Proposal is meant to book someone who specifically inquired with you ahead of time. The proposal is a one-off page that turns a Lead into a Shoot.
