The Zip format, which is denoted by the .zip file suffix, is one of the most widely used formats for file compression. It's a single file that holds a collection of compressed files. In some cases, issues can arise when software is not installed to handle the zip file or the zip file exceeds 4GB which some unzip apps don't support.

We recommend prior to unzipping and opening the file please make sure you have downloaded the appropriate application to do so. We recommend:

  • Windows: 7Zip, WinZip or RAR.

  • Mac: The Unarchiver, 7Zip and iZip.

Before installing these applications make sure you have read the terms of use and conditions.
