Click tracking is a feature that allows you to see if your email has been opened after it has been delivered. This feature can be useful for determining which clients are receiving your offers and newsletters. If you discover a high proportion of customers aren't opening your emails, you can create bespoke offers to target that group better.

To enable this feature for single emails (not emails sent from a campaign), go to Settings > Account > Organization Settings and turn the "Track Email Clicks" toggle in the Emails section to ON.

How to see if your email has been viewed

There are two ways to tell if your client has viewed your email after turning email tracking on:

  1. On the Lead/Shoot Overview page in the "Client Activity" widget.

  2. On the Email List page (either the global emails list or Lead/Shoot specific list) under the "Seen" column.

Note: Any emails sent before this feature was turned on will not show any tracking
