Note: This feature is only available on the Pro and Studio plans.

With Sprout Studio's placeholder gallery or require email features, you have the ability to collect email addresses. All of the email addresses are saved in the backend of the gallery.

When you're ready to market to your gallery, you can send out a mass email straight from the gallery.

While in the backend of the Gallery, click the "Activity Feed" tab on the right side of the page. In the "Guest Emails" section, you'll find the list of emails for all the guests.

On the email list, you'll find a list of every email. You can add additional emails to the list by clicking on the "Add Guest" button on the bottom of the list.

When you're ready to send your email, click the "Email All" button in the bottom right corner to open the email modal. Sprout will pre-populate all of the email addresses into the "BCC" field of the email.
