Does a gallery expire at the beginning or end of the day of its expiry date?

When you set a gallery's expiry date, the date that gallery expires on is that day.

For example, if a gallery is set to expire on November 5th, it will expire on November 5th. This means that on November 5th, the gallery will not be available; it will be available until 11:59 pm on November 4th.
