Sprout Studio helps you understand your business at a whole new level by using tracking technology to see whether or not your client has viewed certain items, such as their Gallery. To find if your Gallery has been viewed, go to the "Galleries" section on the sidebar and go into the Gallery you'd like to see the stats for. You can see it on the sidebar under the "Views" section of the Activity feed.

If anyone has viewed the Gallery, you can click on the "X Views" button on the sidebar and see the following details for each of the views:

  • The date it was viewed at.

  • The device it was viewed on.

  • The browser it was viewed from.

  • The IP Address it was viewed on.

Note: If you are logged in as the photographer and go to preview the gallery, it will not count you as a "view" and will not track you.
