Sprout Studio Galleries allow you to sell more than just prints. You can also sell other products, services, and packages to your clients, whether related to specific photos, multiple photos, or not related to any photo.

How to sell products and services in a gallery

You need to add a price list to sell products and services in a gallery. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Pricing > Price Lists.

  2. Create or manage your price list.

  3. While editing the gallery, select your price list in the "Price List" dropdown under the "Selling" panel.

  4. Make sure you have the Shop turned on in your Price list.

How to sell Packages in a Gallery

Selling packages in a gallery is similar to selling products and services. When you add a package, all the items within that package will be added to the gallery, inheriting all the images and quantities assigned in your price list.

To sell packages, follow the same steps above, and ensure the Shop is turned on in your Price list.

How your client orders products and services in a gallery

When viewing the gallery, clients can order all products and services by clicking the "Shop" button on the top right of the gallery. They can also order smaller items by clicking the "Order" button in the image's bottom-right corner, which only displays prints, digital files, and single-image products available for purchase.

To view all orders from a gallery, there are three ways you can do it:

  1. Go to Overview > Orders page to view all orders, and see which lead, shoot, or gallery the order is attached to in the "Attached To" column.

  2. Go to Lead or Shoot > Orders page to view all orders for that particular lead or shoot.

  3. On the gallery you received an order from, click the "Orders" button in the Activity Feed to see all the orders submitted.
