Sometimes, it may be useful for you to show off your price list to the public (i.e. to potential clients) to help them understand the offerings you have. You can make any price list in your Sprout Studio account public, which will make a unique URL for that price list that you can share. We built out the Client Pricing Guide for this reason.

For each Client Pricing Guide, you can specify:

  • URL, which is the ending part of the URL for that price list.

  • Pricing Guide Name, which is how the price list will be displayed on the public price list page.

  • Pricing Guide Description, which is a description you can add to help set expectations on the public price list.

How to turn on your Client Pricing Guide

To turn on a Client Pricing Guide:

  1. Go to Settings > Pricing > Price Lists and click the "Edit" button next to the price list you'd like to make public.

  2. Click the "Enable Shop Layout" button in the top-right corner of the price list.

  3. Make sure your Shop is toggled on first.

  4. Go to the "Client Pricing Guide" section and toggle on the "Enable Client Pricing Guide" toggle.

How to view a Client Pricing Guide

To view a public price list, go to Settings > Pricing > Price Lists and click the "View" button in the options next to the price list you'd like to view.

How to send a Client Pricing Guide to a client

There are two ways you can send a Client Pricing Guide to a client:

  1. View the Client Pricing Guide, and copy-and-paste the URL to send to them.

  2. While writing an email in Sprout Studio, click the "Variables" button in the header of the compose section, and choose "Pricing Guides". You can choose which price list you'd like to provide a link to. This will insert the link to the public price list into the email.
