Your company has certain preferences and settings which span across your organization, such as a unit of measure (cm vs. in) or default currency.

Note: If you have multiple users in your organization, unless you set their permissions to deny access, they will also be able to view (and change) these settings.

Go to Settings > Account > Organization Settings. From here, you can edit all fields, including mileage unit (km vs. mile), measurement unit (cm vs. in), write-off allowance for mileage, default currency, and timezone.
