You have the option of being notified when certain client activity takes place in your Sprout Studio account, such as when a client signs a contract, a new lead comes in, or even if a booking proposal you sent out has expired. You can specify who will receive these notifications depending on their role as it pertains to the particular asset.
How to edit/update organizational notification settings
Go to Settings > Account & Branding > Preferences and navigate to the "notification settings" section. By default it is set to notify the Primary User assigned to the lead/shoot/gallery/etc., but you also have the option of sending the notification instead to the overall brand manager, or to all users who may be attached to the asset.
You can also set up notifications so they always BCC to a certain user, such as your studio manager, if you want them to be aware of all activity taking place in your account across different shoots, photographers, etc.
