Adding manual Orders into Fulfillment will allow you to view and manage all Orders in one place! From there, you can take advantage of specialized features like Carrier Service to book shipments, or forward Orders directly to a 3PL provider using the Third Party Warehouse Service.
Add an Order to Fulfillment
Begin in one of two places:
From the Dashboard tab, click Add Order. If you choose this option, you will automatically be routed to step 5.
OR
From the Transactions tab, click Create New.
Select the Trading Partner Other Orders.
Select the Document Type Order.
Click Create New.
Enter relevant Order information and click Save.

By manually adding Orders received outside of SPS Fulfillment, you can use specialized Fulfillment features that you have purchased from SPS Commerce including Carrier Service and Third Party Warehouse Service.
