Base Graphics
Base graphics are a set of the most essential graphics that is used for branding and is the basic function of the app. These include:
Nametag - Digital business card to display name, job title, company, etc.
Logo - Overlay your logo image
Text Ticker - List of text + Tags
Fullscreen - Fullscreen Overlay with text + Optional countdown timer
These graphics are available for all users but some functionalities are limited for Pro users (using own logo, countdown on fullscreen, etc.)
Base Designs
Base graphics are special in that the look and feel of them can be totally altered by changing the base design.
Base designs are "skins" or "themes" for the base graphics which is created by the SPX team and is available for purchase from the Store (inside the app). The app comes with two base designs by default: Starter and Zebra. The base design can be changed from the the Settings tab.
Each base design can be further customized by changing its colors or choosing from a list of variants (ie. A "Military" base design may have army, navy, air force variants).
Although the main function of a base design is to change the look of base graphics, different base designs may come with slightly different functionalities. In additions, some base designs have companion graphics which extends the functionality of the base graphics for specific use-cases.
