SelectQuote has partnered with UPS to streamline and simplify returning equipment. Please have your equipment returned by 14 days after your separation date. There will be no packing or shipping charges incurred by you through this return process.

Standard Equipment Issued to be returned:

Laptop

Docking Station (if one was provided)

Headset

32" or 34" Monitor in original box and foam packing

Generating a UPS QR Code for Equipment Returns:

This document provides simple, step-by-step instructions on how to generate a UPS QR code for the return of your company's equipment. The process is quick and easy, much like initiating a return for a major online retailer such as Amazon. It is critically important to ensure your Employee ID (EID) is included during this process. This ID acts as your unique identifier and must be on the shipping label generated by the QR code to ensure you are properly credited for returning the equipment.

  1. Click the link below, and then click Continue As Guest

  1. Complete the Shipping Information form.

    1. Ship From section:

      1. Provide your information here, including your name in the Company Name field, along with your personal address and personal email address.

    2. Address Book:

      1. Select Former Associate Equipment Return

    3. Shipment section: Please do not change any of the selections.

    4. Package(s) section:

      1. Include your Employee ID (EID) and your laptop's asset #. The asset # can be found on the sticker on your laptop. Following this step is critical to ensure you receive proper credit for returning your equipment.

      2. Please note: if you are returning more than one laptop, please list each asset number separated by a comma.

    5. Check the box confirming that your EID and Asset # are correct.

    6. Click Process Shipment.

  1. The screen will refresh and you should see Shipment successful along with your QR code. You can take a picture of this screen with your phone to bring with you to the UPS Store.

  1. You will also receive an email with your QR code as well.

  1. Bring your equipment to a UPS Store location (you can click here to find a location near you) and show the store associate the QR code. They will box your equipment for you.

    1. Ship only the items that are required:

      1. Laptop and charger

      2. Headset

      3. USB docking station (if one was provided)
