UKG Pro - How to Log In

1. Access UKG

Click here to log in: UKG Pro Portal

Important: Always use a desktop or laptop. Using a mobile device or the UKG app will cause your account to lock. Mobile devices may not support all functionalities of UKG Pro, leading to login failures or account lockouts.

2. Enter Your Credentials

Username: Your former SelectQuote email address.
Temporary Password: Your date of birth in MMDDYYYY format
Ensure there are no trailing spaces after your email address.

3. Create a New Password

Upon logging in, you will be prompted to create a new password. It must meet these requirements:

At least 8 characters long.
Must include characters from at least 3 of the following categories:
- 1 uppercase
- 1 lowercase
- 1 numeric
- 1 special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)
No more than 2 identical characters in a row.
Can’t contain the following personal data:
- Name
- Username
- Phone Number
- User email or the first part of an email (e.g. firstpart@gmail.com)

⚠️ Warning: To prevent your account from being locked, avoid making multiple incorrect password attempts (maximum 6). You may utilize the Forgot Password feature to reset it safely.

Common Login Issues

Ensure you are using the correct username, which is typically your registered email address. Double-check that there are no trailing spaces after the email address.
Verify that your date of birth is entered in the correct format: MMDDYYYY (e.g., 01121988). Do not include slashes or spaces. By following these steps, you can resolve most login issues and access your UKG Pro account successfully. If problems persist, consider reaching out to your HR or HRIS team for further assistance.
