Adding or Removing Trip Add-On

If you're on a payment plan and wish to return an add-on, you can remove it

Trip Organizers may offer additional excursions, products, or trip enhancements at any time. If you’ve already registered for your trip but would like to purchase more add-ons, you can easily do so from your traveler portal. If you need to remove an add-on, contact your trip organizer for assistance.


Adding Add-ons

You can buy add-ons either during the registration process or afterward through your traveler portal. To purchase an add-on after registration:

  1. Log in to your traveler portal.

  2. Scroll down to the "Buy Add-Ons" tab, located below the payment plan schedule.

  3. Select the quantity of add-ons you'd like to purchase (prices include any applicable fees).

  4. Click the "Purchase Add-ons" button.

  5. Confirm your order by selecting "Purchase" in the Order Summary pop-up.

  6. Once purchased, your add-ons will appear in the "Purchased" tab, where you can see the quantity and total cost, including any fees.


Purchasing Add-ons with a Payment Plan

If you have a payment plan with remaining installments, the cost of the add-on will be added to your total balance. Your upcoming payment amounts are not automatically redistributed.


Purchasing Add-ons with a Fully Paid Balance

If your balance is fully paid, your card on file will be charged immediately when you purchase an add-on.


Removing Add-ons

If you need to remove an add-on, contact your trip organizer. The organizer can adjust your order using the Edit Order feature in their dashboard.

Note: Travelers cannot remove add-ons directly from the portal.

Returning Add-ons with a Payment Plan

If you are on a payment plan, the cost of the returned add-on will be deducted from your remaining balance.


Returning Add-ons with a Fully Paid Balance

If your balance is fully paid and you need to return an add-on, contact the Trip Organizer to request a refund for the total cost of the add-ons.
