Login for kids with a device but no mobile number

Family mode is now live!

Kids with a device but no mobile number can access SquareOne way easier. It's perfect for families that share a device too!

Instructions on setting up Family Mode are detailed below -

Step 1: Log in to your parent homescreen and tap the profile icon on the top left of your parent homescreen

Step 2: Tap on 'Manage Family'

3. Tap your kid's profile

4. Tap 'Set' next to 'Family Access Code'

5. Set an access code for your kid

6. On your parent homecreen, tap the family icon on the top right of the page

7. You will land on the family mode screen. Tap on a profile to log in.

8. Enter their access code (that you had set earlier)

9. All done! They will land in their own kids view.

What next?

Once the device has been put into Family Mode it will always return here, so kids will no longer need a parent to log in each time. It will even remember who the last kid to log in was, so if you have a few kids with their own tablets each kid will be returned to their own login page.

Multiple kids using one device?

Just hit the back arrow and a different kid can log in.

If you ever need to get back, just hit the parent icon in the top left and enter your parent passcode to return home.

A few things to note:

  • Kids that have their own mobile number and device aren't able to use Family Mode. They have their own login and passcode already.

  • Kid using Family Mode will still need the parent passcode to reveal card details. This is an additional check for younger kids shopping online.
