Contact the SR1 Support Team and request Direct Access to SR1 by emailing: support-sr1@rytebox.com. You will receive a reply with an attached SR1 RDP file. Download the RDP file to your computer.
PC Users:
Once you have downloaded the RDP file, save it to your desktop and you can access SR1 anytime through your desktop link.
Once you open the file, enter your username and password. Make sure to enter "SR1DC\" as the prefix to your username and check the box "Remember Me" to remember your username each time you login.
Mac Users
Once you have downloaded the RDP file, open Windows App, and click Connections -> Import from RDP file:
Navigate to the downloaded RDP file, and click Import:
Once the connection appears in Windows App, right-click it and choose Edit:
Go to Folders, check the box for Redirect folders, and then click the small + button:
Navigate to whatever folder you'd like to be able to access from SR1, select it, and click Open:
Optional: If you would like to have Windows App automatically populate your username, click the dropdown menu for Credentials, click Add Credentials, and enter your username preceded by "sr1dc\":
Click Save:
Setup is now complete. You can now double click the connection in order to launch SR1.
