Contact the SR1 Support Team and request Direct Access to SR1 by emailing: support-sr1@rytebox.com. You will receive a reply with an attached SR1 RDP file.
Download the correct RDP file for your company. Once you download it, save it to your desktop and you can access SR1 anytime through your desktop link.
Once you open the file, enter your username and password. Make sure to enter "SR1DC\" as the prefix to your username and check the box "Remember Me" to remember your username each time you login.
