Contact the SR1 Support Team and request Direct Access to SR1 by emailing: support-sr1@rytebox.com for Mac users. You will receive a reply with your PC Name.
In Windows App, click the “+” button and choose “Add PC”
In PC name, please enter the PC name you were given by the SR1 team. For this example, we will use “rds-useast-01”.
In the Credentials box, click the dropdown. If you already have your username saved in there, you can select it. Otherwise, hit “Add Credentials”, and enter your username (prefaced by “sr1dc\”) and your password.
You can add a Friendly Name if you would like, but it is not required.
In PC name, please enter whatever PC name you were given by the SR1 team. For this example, we will use “us.sr1.rytebox.net”.
Next go to Folders, check the “Redirect folders” box, and click the “+” button.
This will launch a folder browser. Navigate to whatever folder you want to give SR1 access to for uploading/downloading purposes and click Open. Please note that SR1 will access to everything within that folder as well. So, if we choose the “My Stuff” folder in the below screenshot, SR1 can access everything within “Employment” and “Personal”.
OPTIONAL: If you would prefer that SR1 not start in full screen, you can go to Display and uncheck the box “Start session in full screen”.
Then just click “Add”, and you have completed the setup!
