  1. Download the Release Sale ID Import template from the Templates menu in SR1.

  2. Fill out the template following the Instructions tab. Save and upload the completed template to the Remote Desktop Virtual Drive in SR1.

  3. Navigate to the Sale IDs tab of any Release. Click on Import Sale ID.

  4. Click on Import Sale IDs and select the appropriate file from the Uploads folder of the Remote Desktop Virtual Drive.

  5. Select your mapping criteria. Click on the yellow arrows to map the new alternate IDs to existing Releases.

    1. If the dot turns green, it has successfully matched to an existing release. If the dot remains red, the mapping criteria provided either matches to multiple Releases (ex: duplicate Catalog Numbers) or does not match to any existing Release.

  6. Click on Create Sale IDs.

  7. Close the Sale ID import window.

  8. Note: These are the required columns in the Release Sale ID Import template.
