  1. If you have not downloaded your iTunes statements yet, log into iTunes Connect.

    1. Click on Payments and Financial Reports.

    2. Search for the appropriate month and click the icon above the payment date to download the Financial Report.

    3. Then click on Create Reports to download the detailed statements.

    4. Select the report types you'd like to download and ensure that the reporting format is set to “All Territories (Single File)”.

  2. The following instructions are for importing Apple Fitness+, Apple Music, DJ Mixes, iTunes, and Linear Radio statements. Cloud statements have an additional step.

    1. Open the txt file in Excel and save as xlsx.

    2. Create a new tab and move it to the left.

    3. Open the Financial Report file and save as xlsx. Copy the entire sheet and paste onto this new tab (Sheet1). If these tabs are out of order, the statement will not be processed correctly.

    4. Save this file. Upload and import to a digital statement container in SR1.

    5. You should be prompted to use the following templates:

      1. Apple Fitness+

      2. Apple Music

      3. DJ Mixes

      4. iTunes

      5. Linear Radio

  3. The following instructions are the additional steps for importing Cloud (iTunes Match) statements.

    1. Create another new tab and move this to the second position.

    2. On the Cloud detail tab, scroll to the bottom of the data set until you see a new set of headers.

    3. Copy this line of headers and all data below. Paste onto the new tab.

    4. If these tabs are out of order, the statement will not be processed correctly.

      1. First tab: Financial Report

      2. Second tab: iTunes Match Share Data

      3. Third tab: Unmodified iTunes Match statement

    5. Save this file. Upload and import to a digital statement container in SR1.
