How to Deactivate & Delete Sales Lines

  1. Navigate to the appropriate statement container.

  2. Click "Search/Edit" in the Active Data window.

  3. Click "Deactivate All". This will send the mapped & activated lines back to the Import Data window.

  4. Close out of the Active Data window. Now, click "Search/Edit" in the Import Data window of the statement container.

  5. Click "Delete All". This will delete all imported sales lines on this statement container.

  6. Once all imported lines have been deleted, close out of the Import Data window. You can now re-import the sales file.
