When a user tries to delete a service file that is associated with one or more active DSS records, you may receive the following error:

There is no workaround for this issue currently. To get around this issue, we would recommend renaming the service file and closing it. This will help to differentiate it from normal service files and ensure reporting is not negatively impacted.
