Once your campaign is live, you can track its progress from start to finish using your Campaign Dashboard. To help you stay informed, we use clear campaign statuses to show exactly where your campaign stands at any given time.

You can find your campaign’s current status beside the launch date in your dashboard.

Below is a quick guide to what each status means and what you can expect at each stage:

Active

Your campaign is live and actively accepting influencer signups.During this phase, your campaign is featured on the Stack Influence platform and visible to our influencer community. You’ll start to see the most movement here including signups, posts on Instagram, reviews, and weekly billing as we work toward your campaign goal.

Paused

The campaign is temporarily on hold. This might happen for a few reasons, such as a product being out of stock or a request from your team. While no new signups are accepted during this time, influencers who already signed up may still complete their posts so billing activity may continue.

Closing

Signups are now closed. This status means we’ve reached the optimal number of signups needed to hit your campaign goal. As a reminder, we overshoot the number of campaign signups to ensure that we hit the campaign’s target goal. Influencers already signed up for the campaign have up to 40 days from their signup date to complete their posts, but no new signups will be accepted. Billing activity continues during this time as influencers complete their posts.

Done

Your campaign is complete. All influencer activity has wrapped up, and your campaign is officially closed. No further billing or posts will take place unless you launch a new campaign.
