A Micro Influencer is a social media user with less than 25,000 followers who is willing to endorse and promote a product or service in exchange for monetary compensation and/or receiving a product or service for free. Micro Influencers who are part of the Stack Influence community only receive free products in exchange for their social media promotions. According to Facebook “Micro-influencers - content creators with a following of less than 25,000 - are driving better results than macro-influencers. Their appeal is rooted in their abilities to create relatable content that showcases their knowledge and conveys the passions they share with their highly engaged audience.”
