Anonymize Relation & Refund as User

We did a couple of mini releases the last two weeks with small bug fixes, that explains the jump in version numbers ;-) Go check out what's new and improved!

TL;DR ("Too long; didn't read.")

  • If a Relation wants to be forgotten and their info removed, you can Anonymise them, GDPR proof!

  • Refund tickets for another User. A much asked feature to make your ticketing life easier :)

Anonymize Relation

According to the GDPR it has to be possible to Anonymize relations if they ask for this. We've added the Anonymise Relation button to Relations in Stager. When you click this button you will be asked if you are sure! If you click yes all identifying information will be removed and the relation will be deleted. This action cannot be undone! We've made sure that this doesn't effect your Ticket Sales Reports and Graphs.

Refund as User X

If your pre-sale adres (or cashier) refunded a ticket and they don't have permissions to adjust this in Stager (Ticket Management), you can now refund in Stager as their User to make sure all the reports and overviews are a-okay! Just click on Refund and select the User you want to refund as. Easy as pie!

  • MailChimp newsletter integration: The sign up for Newsletter checkbox is now unchecked by default (GDPR proof)

Bug fixes

  • Be able to Refund & Block tickets in Ticket Management and Ticket Order Details

  • Send Mailing now also works if some of your Relations don't have email adres filled in; you'll be informed that these Relations have no email adres

  • Hide the promo tickets & input field in Ticketshop before sale start time and after sale end time
