Via Marketing - Contacts - Send Mailing, you can send marketing e-mails with info about upcoming events, mails with free tickets or just a simple e-mail, but in your own corporate style :-)

Start at the beginning; determine the layout. You create this via Settings - Marketing - Email themes.

Give the theme a name, choose a font and add your own logo. 

Go back to Marketing - Contacts - Send Mailing to continue drawing up the mail.

NOTE: Send Mailing does not work in Internet Explorer. Preferably use Google Chrome.
