Release note May 2020

Pre-payment checkbox, time slots, bugs and improvements

Meer dan een week geleden bijgewerkt

At the end of April there was a big release of the Stager redesign. This month we spent most of our time repairing little bugs and improving features that were changed because of the redesign. We also released some features to help you in these ongoing corona times.

Pre-payment checkbox
This latest feature was built to help you comply with corona regulations. You can set an additional condition that your visitor must agree to when buying a ticket. This way they can, for example, declare to be healthy when visiting your location or agree to the extra measures you're taking because of corona. You set this additional condition per ticket shop via Settings > Ticketing > Ticket shop. The ticket buyer must always agree by checking the checkbox in order to proceed with the payment process and thereby actively agrees to the text.

New & improved

  • Stager redesign! (well, that was actually in April)

  • Mail your ticket buyers directly from the Bulk refund page. Easily approach the ticket buyers who received a refund or send a special thank you mail to your donators.

  • Timeslots. Visitors first select their visiting date in a calendar and then choose a time slot on that day.

  • Can use bulk refund form multiple times for the same event.

  • Calendar: Open an event in a new tab by right-clicking your mouse.

Bugs

  • Multiple bugs fixed in Personnel Calendar.

  • Ticket management yellow bar showed incorrect number.

  • Tool tip in calendar is not transparant anymore when event has status Cancelled or Option.

  • ID's that linked multi day events to single event in the feed are visible again.

  • Couldn't create a new space without adding capacity.

  • Couldn't select an account holder.

  • Calendar filter didn't save preferences.

  • Couldn't edit mail templates.
