Memberships in ticket shop and many small improvements

Hello hello.. read on to find out what we've released in September. Many small improvements and a nice feature for our membership users! :)


Memberships visible in ticketshop

We have some good news for everyone who is using memberships!

Printing passes is no longer needed. Members can now show their personal barcode from their phone. And they can check their use of the membership online.

How to get there? Members need log into their personal account and navigate to the My membership section (https://(organization).stager.nl/web/users/memberships).

Improvements

There were many of them!

  • The results on the Search page are better aligned and better readable with a sticky header placed on top of the page.

  • The scan notification on the ticket scanner page in Stager backstage is now placed above top of the ticket code bar instead of on top of it. So both stay readable :)

  • Check the service fee that is added on a ticket by clicking on Edit details on the ticket tab to know the total price of a ticket.

  • Required pre-payment checkbox is made a smaller with limited amount of characters. A 5000 word explanation wouldn't fit in the ticket shop anyways!

  • In an event, a little red ball with a number is shown on top of a tab, when you have a task to do and how many.

  • The < previous and next > button are now also visible on the timeline tab.

  • Small alignment changes on the Contact page for a better overview.

  • Font and size of text when composing an email is changed to default Stager font and size.

  • Changed the color of notification when you haven't verified your email domain yet. We didn't want to stress you out so now it's yellow :)

  • Renamed various words that were used in the previous Stager design but shouldn't be used anymore in the current one.

  • Various layout improvements.

Bugs fixed

  • When you had selected recipients, composed a beautiful mail and then saved the mail as draft, you weren't able to modify the recipients anymore when opening the draft. You can not delete the previous saved recipients and/or add new ones.

  • INFO button in ticket shop shows white space and enters that you've used in the publicity text.

  • The times on the ticket detail page of the Ticket tab and Publish on date of Publicity tab were not copied correctly when creating an event from a template.

  • For some events it wasn't possible to upload documents.

  • Event templates didn't show Finance and Task tabs.

  • Personnel month view looked a bit messed up after a release.

  • Applying changes to several events in a serie didn't always work well.

  • Deleting an event from a multiday event didn't in all cases also unlink the event from the multiday event.
