Some new features regarding guest tickets, a new version of the app and a few improvements to improve the workflow

This month the Stager team celebrated 10 years of Stager. Beside all the partying and organizing the party, the team also worked on some features to improve the work flow and fixed some small bugs.

Features:

  • This month we released a new version of the scan app. This version doesn't bring any new features yet, but improved the quality of life of the app. The version number is 2.8.1

  • You can now revoke unused guest tickets in Ticket Management so they become available again. This way your ticket count is always up to date.

  • Just revoked a guest ticket and want to send a new one? It is now possible to directly send out a guest ticket through mail in the Guest screen.

  • From now on only share the tickets you want in the affiliate sales link by selecting the ticket types you want

  • Does a contact only have one membership? You can now activate the setting of directly checking in the contact when scanning his/her membership QR-code. Find this setting under Settings - Ticketing - Ticketing defaults.

Improvements:

  • No more waiting on your 'Tickets by date' sales report. From now on all the 'Tickets by date' sales reports will be sent to you by mail

  • The calendar feed has been added to the integrations making it easier to add all events to your agenda

Bugs:

  • From now on contacts that are added through Ticketswap are merged together instead of creating a new contact for every order.

  • Copying a link from a non default ticketshop didn't work. This issue is fixed.

  • The link to restore a deleted contact works again.

  • Dashboard used to not show the sales of the first day in the dashboard.

  • Buttons in double are now aligned correctly as they used to be.

  • The ticket sales time are no longer overwritten when using a template.
