In January we started the year good by releasing a ton of new features and a bunch of improvements (and the year just started). The tech team worked hard on the new event schedule and improved marketing insights. Very proud on both features!

The schedule part of the new production planner is now available to use. Schedule will replace the timeline in the near future. Read all about the new schedule function here.
We updated our Marketing insights page with all new features. With the new marketing insights you can see much more data about your visitors based on demographics or events.
Select in the Settings of your ticket design to not show the end time of the event on the tickets.

Improvements:
The sign up form for new organization is now also available in English.
When you delete or cancel events, the checkbox to also delete or cancel the shifts is selected by default.
Tickets in the reservation menu is now sorted by the event name of the ticket.
The order confirmation mail for events with delayed tickets now show which tickets you bought.
The service fee on a ticket type is visible on the tickets tab of an event so you can see the actual ticket cost for the ticket buyer.
The filter function in the sent mailings is replaced by a search function you can search through all your sent mails.
In the options of a sent mailing you can now also see the recipients that didn't open the mail yet.
The default words in the event components of the mailer have been changed to icons.
Bugs:
It wasn't possible to save tasks anymore.
Finance reports didn't include the ticket fee.
The total count in the scan insights in the app also included swapped and blocked tickets.
New personnel groups couldn't be created.
