Improving production features

This month's work was all about refining and improving the new production tools. Also released the last step of the event date release, which makes it easier to build new features and add them to event templates.

Features

  • Every event now has an event date. All other dates and times are relative to this event date. This makes it easier to create new planning features and is more clear for users.

  • With the new event date it is easier to move events. Choose the 'Actions' button on the Main tab and change the time and/or date of the event. You see directly which dates are moved with it and you can choose to keep some dates (ticket sales time for example) the same.

Improvements

  • Event date is listed in the feed. Queries for date/time events search for 'Program start' date/time and not 'Production start' date/time anymore.

  • Choose how many hours before 'Program start' the delayed tickets will be sent to the ticket buyers.

  • 'Production start' and 'Doors open' times are optional. In the settings you can hide these times for events.

  • Duplicate event feature is set under the 'Actions' button on the Main tab of events.

  • You can revisit the KYC forms of Adyen yourself if new info is requested by Adyen directly via the Stager Backstage.

  • More socials are added to the email theme. Add these via a drop-down menu instead of a list.

  • Show event name in Program item and Itinerary.

  • Shortcut buttons are added in the 'Program tab' for a quick view and edit of the linked itinerary.

  • Topic items are not shown anymore in the Schedule part of a published itinerary.

  • The max number of uses of a new membership per event is by default set to one.

  • Status per Program item is shown by lighter/darker or strike trough font for optional/confirmed or cancelled events.

  • It is possible to compare more than four events on the Marketing insights page.

Bugs

  • The first role of the list was always selected when changing or creating shift when using Safari browser.

  • You needed to refresh the page before you could change the name of uploaded files.

  • The membership page per contact also showed deleted membership ticket types.

  • In some cases tasks couldn't be edited.

  • Ticket limits in event templates would stay empty sometimes.

  • It wasn't possible to undo refund for already unblocked tickets.

  • Swapped tickets were counted as free ticket on the Sales insights page.

  • The external guestlist sorted capital letters first.

  • The Schedule topic was added at the bottom of a Program item after it was removed first.

  • In some cases a ticket buyer was redirected to a non-existent page when an order was not finished.

  • 'Jump to date' button on calendar did not worked for all dates.

  • The name of the Program item was shown over the purple side bar when it was collapsed and expanded.

  • In seldom cases new shifts where created after deleting shifts.

  • It wasn't possible to change the ticket type details of guest tickets in event templates.

  • The date of event series is relative again after changing something on the Main tab of an event in a serie.

  • It wasn't possible to select all contacts after importing contacts.

  • It wasn't possible to add numbers with more than four digits to some fields on the Finance tab.

  • A short time after the event date release all events started at 00:00 in the event calendar, the data itself was not effected.
