May's releases were characterized by the new audience builder and improvements to the production planner 3.0. See this article for a full overview of the issues released.

Features

  • After extended research and multiple feedback rounds we've released the new audience builder. It works by creating queries and searches for contacts that matches the rules. Save heavily used queries and rerun them to see who matches the rules at that point in time.

  • It is now possible to create a schedule in an event template. This allows you to make proto schedules that fit the way your organisation works. You don't have to create every schedule from scratch anymore.

  • Ticket buyers can easily share bought tickets with the people who join them for the event. They choose which tickets and create a unique link only they can share via Whatsapp/email/text/etc. The tickets are shared as mobile tickets that open as a webpage in the browser.

Improvements

  • It is possible to edit contacts that are added to a Program tab.

  • Create custom topics for the Program tab to use in your production.

  • A mail button is added to itinerary, making it possible to use the share link directly in the Stager mailer.

  • A print button is also added to the itinerary. This can be used by organizer and is also available for the external party using the itinerary.

  • Make ticket limits visible on tickets tab, so you know why a ticket type is sold out already.

  • Add date to top of the page of Schedule and arrows to navigate to next date.

  • We've added the valid scan time and text of the tickets to Apple wallet tickets.

  • Reopen external guest list after closing it.

  • There is a toggle on the promo campaign overview sorting for active and non-active campaigns.

  • The drop-down menu of schedule items on the Program tab has more space, so it's easier to see all spaces/topics you can choose.

  • The Personnel roles page in the settings is horizontal scrollable.

  • Add pop-up when setting a different date for 'Doors open' or 'Program start' than the event date.

  • It's now possible to upload multiple files at once to a published advance form.

  • A comment & document field is added to the advance form page as well.

  • Filter by location in the Schedule.

Bugs

  • It was not possible to scroll further down a page after opening a date picker. This was a tough fix, we are happy with it.

  • It's not possible to change the ticket use per ticket type after setting one.

  • Contacts for new opt-ins were not found through the contact search page.

  • The Dashboard showed some events twice after loading more events.

  • The mobile app loaded cancelled events when selecting events to check in for.

  • The accounting by event reports did not counted TicketSwap tickets as scanned tickets. They do now and redownloading the reports makes them correct.

  • The Personnel tab showed deleted contacts. So people who used to work for your organisation were visible again in the drop-down menu.

  • The email template disappeared after converting it to an email.

  • The ability to see the comments on the Program tab were linked to the permission to see the Main tab.

  • Images uploaded to the Publicity tab of an event were not always shown in the mailer when selecting this event.

  • The order of personnel roles was incorrect in event templates. It was shown in order of creation and not the order of the roles as set in the personnel settings.

  • Bulk edit of contacts did not allow empty end dates for memberships as it should. This is changed.

  • The advancing forms overview page was not accessibel with only 'See' or 'Modify' permissions for this page.

  • The search function did not include special characters correctly, making it hard to find names as 'BLØF' when searching for 'BLOF'.

  • Copy pasting texts to the Publicity tab's text field did not trigger a save button.

  • The balances were not sorted chronologically in the accounting overview. This was corrected swiftly.

  • Refunds and Stager fee's for refunds were excluded from accounting by date reports for a short amount of time. Redownloading the reports shows the correct data again in.

  • It was not possible to change user permissions in bulk per subject. You could only changes the permissions one by one.
