Users must first link a bank account in the app to begin funding their Stairs account. Users may link a bank account manually or through Plaid. Please keep in mind, however, that rollups will only work if the bank account has been added through Plaid.

Please also note that GROUNDFLOOR users with linked bank accounts do not need to add a new bank account in Stairs.
