If your deposit is not credited yet, and you would like to contact stake support team to help you with that, you should first find your transaction hash since they will surely ask for it.

You can find it in your wallet history (external wallet, from which you sent the funds).

Just go to your transaction history, find the transaction to stake, and you should be able to open it in some of the crypto explorers and find your transaction hash.

Transaction hash is a string of numbers and letters, and it should look something like this:

  • 6146ccf6a66d994f7c363db875e31ca35581450a4bf6d3be6cc9ac79233a69d0

Or it can be in the form of a link from the crypto explorer:

But if you bought crypto via Moonpay, you would need to be patient, and they will send you your transaction info via email.

You will receive the transaction info and status.

If the transaction is "Pending" there is no reason to panic, since it is just not yet sent to stake. Once the transaction is confirmed, its status in that email from Moonpay will be changed.
