How is our firm data processed and/or retained?
With MCP, we allow users to pull out data from SM according to their permissions. The LLM client itself however may retain/train on your data depending on your account configuration with that provider.
Can I connect with other LLM clients?

Why is my Connect button in Claude not redirecting to Claude?
Sometimes the connect button takes a few seconds to redirect to authentication methods.
Can I edit which Standard Metrics’ tool calls are available via Claude?
Yes, but only for yourself.
How do I set up the MCP on Claude mobile?
Leveraging the MCP via your mobile phone is as simple as using the same account where the remote MCP was enabled on desktop.
Can I set up the Standard Metrics MCP so my entire team can access it in Claude?
Yes, if you’re a Primary Owner or an Owner of a Claude Workspace account (enterprise/team plan).
Can I still set up the Standard Metrics MCP if I am not a Primary Owner or an Owner of a Claude Workspace account?
Yes, you can enable the MCP via direct link on any paid personal plan via Claude.
