How do I run my valuations on Standard Metrics?

Valuing your investments and portfolio companies is essential to your fund's operations. Standard Metrics can help you power your valuation workflow and secure you fast, affordable ASC 820 valuations for your portfolio companies.

Click the Valuations tab in the navigation bar to land on the page. Next, here is how you can run your valuations on platform:

  1. Click +Add Valuations to begin a valuation period, and enter the name of the valuation period and valuation date.

  2. For any given company, you can choose to roll over (maintain), manually edit, or request a valuation.

    1. Click Manual Edit if you'd like to edit the valuation and methodology that rolled over from the prior period.

    2. Click Request if you'd like to request a detailed valuation from our partners -- the valuation will be provided native on platform.

  3. For subsequent quarters, repeat steps 1-2 to power and store your portfolio companies' valuations on Standard Metrics!
