The Detailed Datum Tracer tracks the history and source of every datum in the Metrics repository and gives companies the ability to monitor the source(s) of the metrics housed on Standard Metrics.
The Detailed Datum Tracer opens on the right-hand side of the platform when a user clicks on any metric.
In the Details tab, the user is shown the source of the metric and a description of the datum category, the possible sources being 'Updated via Accounting (or Payroll) Integration', 'Created via Information Request', and 'Manually input by [name of company or firm]'.
In the History tab, the user is shown an audit trail of all changes that have been made to the metric, with timestamps and the source included.
