Current subscription
This section displays a summary of your active Swatch King subscription, including:
The subscription plan you are currently on (monthly or annual)
The amount you are charged per billing cycle
Your next billing date
Swatch King's pricing is tied to your Shopify plan. This means the plan you are placed on and the amount you are charged is determined by the Shopify plan your store is currently subscribed to. If you upgrade or downgrade your Shopify plan, your Swatch King subscription will be updated accordingly and you will be charged a prorated amount reflecting the change. For more details about how proration works when changing your Shopify plan, contact the Swatch King support team via the chat option on this page.
Cancel subscription
If you wish to stop using Swatch King, you can cancel your subscription in one of two ways:
Unsubscribe from this page — click the Unsubscribe button on the Pricing page to deactivate your subscription while keeping the app installed on your store
Uninstall the app — uninstalling Swatch King directly from your Shopify admin will also cancel the subscription and stop all billing
Important: Disabling the Swatch King app embed on your theme does not cancel your subscription. If you disable the app on a theme without unsubscribing, the app will stop displaying swatches on your storefront but billing will continue as normal. To fully stop being charged, you must either click Unsubscribe on this page or uninstall the app from your Shopify admin.
Once you unsubscribe or uninstall:
App billing will stop
You will no longer be able to access the Swatch King dashboard
Swatches and variant selectors powered by Swatch King will no longer appear on your storefront
Returning to Swatch King
If you decide to come back, your settings will not be lost. All configurations you had set up in the app — including your styles, customizations, and preferences — are retained for a period of time after unsubscribing or uninstalling. When you reactivate your subscription, your previous settings will be restored automatically, so you can pick up right where you left off without having to set everything up from scratch.
