Managing the display of out-of-stock (OOS) variants can significantly improve your customer’s shopping experience. With Swatch King, you can customize how these variants appear, ensuring they match your store’s aesthetic and inform your customers effectively.
Step: Configure Out of Stock Settings
Navigate to the
Product page stylesorCollection page stylesfrom the Swatch King dashboard for which you want to adjust OOS variants visibility..Select the style (attributed to your Shopify Variant or Product Group) applied to your products or collections.

Click on
Customizeto open the design’s settings.Find the
Out of Stock Settingssection.Here you can choose how to display OOS variants:
Small cross: Show small cross over the OOS variants.
Strike-out: Cross out the OOS variants to show unavailability.
Grey-out: Dim the OOS variants to indicate they are not currently available.
Do not show: Hide the OOS variants entirely from the view.
