In order to give you more control over the type of service that you want to provide your customers, the Dashboard enables you to set schedules as "Scheduled" or "Static". This setting affects the way that our backend algorithm sorts the stop order of your route.

Automatic Route Optimization

Yes - route is optimized as orders are made

No - route is only optimized if you click the
magic wand optimize button on the Route Management page.

Ability to Drag and Drop the Stop Order

Yes - on the Route Management page.
