You can send SMS and Email messages directly to your customers.

To send an individual SMS or Email, go to the Customer Account page and click Engagement. Click the type of message you want to send, enter the message into the text box, and click send.

You can also send a batch SMS to multiple customers. To send a batch SMS from the Customers page:

  1. Select the customers to send the message to by clicking the relevant check boxes next to each customer. You can click the check box in the header to select all shown customers, and you can filter shown customers using the Advanced Filters at the top of the page.

  2. Click the Send SMS button that pops up.

  3. Compose your SMS in the text box (limit 160 characters) and click send.

To send a batch SMS from the Orders page:

  1. Select the orders belonging to customer that you want to send the message to by clicking the relevant check boxes next to each order. You can click the check box in the header to select all shown shown, and you can filter shown orders using the Advanced Filters at the top of the page.

  2. Click the button that pops up with the message icon.

  3. Compose your SMS in the text box (limit 160 characters) and click send.

Only customers with valid phone numbers that have not opted out of texting will be added to the SMS batch list.
