You may want to limit the access that any particular agent has to certain parts of the Management Dashboard. You can do so at any time by setting that agent's permissions. To do so:
Go to Set Up > Agents.
Find the agent whose permissions you want to set and click the Set button attached to that agent.
On the permissions modal deselect the boxes next to any pages or functions of the dashboard to which you want to limit that agent's access.
When complete, click the close (X) button or simply click off of the permissions modal.
That agent will now be unable to access those areas of the dashboard that you deselected.
