Starchup enables you to import all of your current customers from your POS using a .CSV file with their data. Export your customer data into the .CSV file format with the following data columns and headers:

Required: CustomerName, Email, Street, Zipcode, State, Country

Optional: Unit, Instructions, Phone

Click Set Up > Import and scroll down to Import Customers and choose the appropriate file.

Imported customers will be set to Managed until you change that setting.
