Starchup enables you to add credits directly to a customer's account. Credits are dollars that apply to that customer's future orders. (Note: Credits will not apply to Minimum Order amounts.) To add credits:
Click the person icon to go to the Customers Page.
Search for the customer you want to give credits or click "View all customers on map" and click on that customer.
Click Edit Customer Information and enter the amount of credits that you want to add (1 credit = $1).
Click Save.
