To clock in or clock out an agent will need to:
Navigate to the home page
Select the agent name button in the top right hand corner
Enter the agent PIN
Select the Clock In or Clock Out button
If the agent is already clocked in, or not yet clocked in and the wrong button is selected a warning will be shown
