Create Order

You can create orders directly from the dashboard in the case of in-store orders or call-ins. To do so:

  1. Go to the order page.

  2. Click the +ADD icon at the top right side of the page.

  3. Enter the name of the customer for whom you are creating an order in the Find Existing Customer field and choose the correct delivery address.

  4. If the order is for a new customer, click the New Customer button and enter the new customer's information.

  5. If the order is for Pickup, indicate whether to add the order to a Scheduled or Static route and choose a pickup date and time. You can also choose a delivery time, but it's not necessary.

  6. If the order is for Delivery only, indicate whether to add the order to a Scheduled or Static route and choose a delivery date and time.

  7. Indicate whether it is a one-time or recurring order.

  8. If the order has already been picked up or dropped off in the store, enter the associated bar code or QR code number in the Barcode field.

  9. All other information is optional.

  10. Click "Create Order" and the order will be created.
