The first step in setting up your service area is to create a driver:
Click on the Set Up > Drivers.
Enter the driver's information in the appropriate fields.
Set the New Order SMS Notification for the driver:
Never: no SMS text notifications.
All new orders: SMS text notifications every time a new pickup or delivery is scheduled within any of that driver's schedules.
Orders scheduled for today: SMS text notifications for new pickups and deliveries scheduled only for the current day.
4. Click Save.
The Email and Password entered here will be the credential that driver can use to login to the Driver App.
The phone number entered here will be used for SMS text notification of new orders and communication to the driver from the Customer App.
Remember: You cannot use the same email address twice for an Agent, Driver, or Customer.
